The machine is equipped with an electric cylinder, allowing the feed rate to be precisely defined. The feed can be automatically reduced shortly before the cutting disc passes through the material to prevent chipping. Two independently adjustable clamping arms securely hold the workpiece in the prism. The adjustable length stop with vernier scale enables quick setup and guarantees a repeat accuracy of more than 0.1 mm. IB®2plus cutting-off machine
The IB®2plus is a fully encapsulated cutting machine, featuring a disk feed driven by an electric cylinder. This allows the part to be cut to be precisely positioned in rapid traverse mode. Cutting speed and disk feed rate can be set via the touch display.
