We use over 1000m² of roof space to generate electricity for our own consumption. The photovoltaic system with a capacity of 186 kWp supplies us with clean solar power. This covers up to 70% of Ihle’s electricity demand and significantly reduces dependence on fossil fuels.

Heat Recovery and Energy Efficiency
In our production halls, we use state-of-the-art technology to save energy. The waste heat from the machines is used via a heat exchanger to heat the halls. This innovative method not only reduces energy consumption but also significantly lowers CO2 emissions.
Intelligent LED lighting combined with roller shutter system
Our lighting has been largely converted to energy-efficient LED technology. With an intelligent, sensor-controlled brightness regulation system, we automatically adjust the lighting to the time of day and room usage, saving additional energy while ensuring optimal lighting conditions at workstations.
Environmentally Friendly Mobility
Our company cars are, where appropriate, hybrid or fully electric vehicles. These environmentally friendly alternatives help reduce CO2 emissions and protect our environment.
